Dear Mr. Davis:

We are a Toyota family, actually since 1998.  We have bought and leased cars through Thompson since 1998 and have never been disappointed with the quality and workmanship your company has given to us in the past and continues to give us.

I must give accolades to all of the Red team, which is lead by Karl Kritzer; who has been nothing short of an outstanding professional, always looking out for me and my family and taking extremely great care of our cars and taking pride in his job.

Chris, Dallas and all of the rest of the floor team when I come in are very attentive to customer needs, as well as the rental team. The women at the desk when I check out are always pleasant and eager to help and just right out nice and a pleasure to work with; the sales team who sells the cars to us and the financing team, all outstanding individuals. We cannot forget the young men and women who first greet me when we arrive with our car for service; accolades to them also.

I recommend Thompson Toyota to my family and friends. My husband and I look forward to continuing our relationship with Thompson. Thank you so very much for your expertise, professionalism, and reliability. My children drive two of your cars, your company has my childrens’ lives in your hands, and I would not trust their lives to anyone else but Thompson.

Dear Mr. Thompson,

Recently, we encountered a problem with the tire pressure on our trip north to Pennsylvania from Florida.  We called and were able to bring our car to your Lexus dealership for servicing.  We were extremely pleased with the service and the courtesy of the staff at Thompson.  They went out of their way to help us with the service we needed on our car and directions to an affair in the area.  George was our service contact upon arrival and there was a woman who helped us with the directions.

We moved to Florida and have purchased a new Lexus from the Clearwater dealer.   But, it amazes us, when we have needed help up north, your dealership has been so anxious to please and help us (both with the 2005 Lexus and this car).

We have told this story to our friends and have recommended Thompson Lexus.
