Dear Julius Libutti,
The whole process was smooth as silk, I could not have had a better experience in buying a car. I bought several cars and one truck from Thompson Toyota over the years, all used, and this is my first new car. 

Michelle was awesome, so easy to deal with and non-judgmental too, she is the best; she listened to what I needed and followed through so well.  When I saw the big red bow on my car at pick up time, it made it all absolutely perfect!

I was actually a little concerned parting with my Ford of ten years, it's become a part of my daily life, but the bow on the new car made my heart jump and I knew it was going to be a really good next ten years with my new Yaris!

I am so pleased with the Costco Auto Program, Michelle Dallas, Thompson Toyota and my Yaris, that I would highly recommend them to everyone!  I am very happy to spread the good word. Michelle was just so knowledgeable about the car, it was really nice that she could show me the details that mattered and how things worked on and in the car, and when I stopped back she showed me a few more things. The old stereotype of girls not knowing their cars is just not true when it comes to Michelle. This is a picture of my bright blue baby :)
